markets.Responsibilities:Customer InteractionEngage in
face-to-face, email, and phone communications to endure seamless
customer experiences for each and every guestOperate as a cashier,
handling transactions and assisting customers with payment plans,
warranty information, and returnsOperational ExcellenceNavigate
front and back of house operations, including store greeter duties,
basic quality control, inventory, and upholding merchandising
standardsCross-train in areas such as Care and Cleaning, virtual
sales, merchandise transfers, and other vital tasksUnderstand the
functions of the shop, and assist with the flow of merchandise in
and out of the jewelry shop to ensure customers receive their
pieces in a timely mannerCompany CultureEnsure a positive and

experience is required; jewelry sales experience is not

with the perk of being closed on 7 major holidays.High level of
visual acuity and manual dexterity.Excellence in written and spoken
English; effective communication is key.Proficient in basic math
and cash handlingA minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
