  • Proven ability to provide exceptional support to customers with a high degree of empathy.

  • 1-2 years of experience at a technology company in a support, business operations or strategy role, consulting firm, or finance firm.What you will do:
    • Deliver fast, clear, and delightful customer support. You will handle support work and triaging with a high degree of responsibility and ownership.
    • Create and refine systems and processes to help Central scale.
    • Coordinate with various federal, state, and local government agencies to help unblock customers.
    • Review and manage inbound communications related to state and local tax registrations.
    • Leverage internal software tools and spreadsheet software to analyze data and execute tasks.
