Accountant - Hybrid Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and
proactive Staff Accountant to support their growing finance and
accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring
financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency as the
organization continues to scale. As the Staff Accountant, you will
collaborate across teams, manage core accounting processes, and
help translate financial data into insights that support informed

$65,000-85,000 annually, depending on experience, and equity in a

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with
at least 2 years of experience in general accounting, financial
reporting, or audit. - Working knowledge of GAAP, financial
regulations, and standard accounting practices across general
ledger, reconciliations, and reporting. - CPA or progress toward
certification, or equivalent professional credential, preferred. -
Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced
functionality in Microsoft Excel and related financial tools. -
Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, variance review,
reconciliation, and accurate preparation of financial statements
and supporting schedules. How you'll have an impact as the Staff
Accountant: - Maintain accurate financial records and manage the
general ledger, including reconciliations and transaction
processing. - Support month-end and year-end close, including
preparation of financial statements and related reporting. -
Analyze financial data, monitor budgets, and provide insights on
trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure
compliance through strong internal controls, audit support, vendor
oversight, and tax coordination. - Collaborate cross-functionally
to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support business
