Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. This company seeks a goal-driven Administrative Assistant to support a very busy office. This is a dynamic workplace, and the right candidate will provide important support to a management team as well as presenting a professional face for the company to the diverse client?le passing through the front doors every day.

Skills/Responsibilities:

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs. Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus (pivot tables, v lookups)

-This job is ideal for someone with interest in various research projects and tasks (multi-tasker)

-Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in-person are the keys to success in this role. Successful candidates will greet all customers in a way that represents the company in the best possible light and provide a welcoming environment as they enter the office.

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required If you have 2-5 years of experience in a strong customer service/admin position and love providing friendly helpful service to new faces every day, this is the job for you.

Hiring manager is also open to recent college grads with little or no experience.
