Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Technician – Santa Rosa, CA Pay: $27–$28/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Type: Contract Keep communities running smoothly with BGSF! We’re seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a multifamily property team in Santa Rosa. If you have strong general maintenance skills and enjoy creating safe, comfortable living spaces, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
