Job Description Eligibility Enrollment Specialist - Premium
customer service- Personality plus! Bilingual Spanish $30/hour-
immediate hire! Summary of Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one
premium eligibility enrollment support for health and welfare
benefits. This position requires full-time dedicated and reliable
attendance. Small fast-paced call center environment. Personality
for multi-tasking, strong work ethic, able to take direction,
support other team members in the department and positive team
player will excel in this role! List of Responsibilities/Duties:
Coordinate enrollment packet preparation Detailing notes regarding
eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and copay programs are up to
standard Excellent problem-solving skills Execute timely mailing
and processing of applications, meeting deadlines Ability to
multi-task and be flexible to follow through with additional duties
when asked Be a positive team player and motivated self-starter
Organization, detail-oriented Under pressure maintains a positive
and courteous phone attitude Speak with investors and contact
external clients of high-level importance Collaborate with other
teams to resolve any issues or concerns as necessary Provide
outstanding customer service to members and develop and maintain
positive working relationships with staff from other departments
and with vendors; Respond to members' inquiries regarding benefits.
Communicate and work effectively with colleagues; Respond to email
inquiries promptly. Assist with Eligibility, Benefits,
Authorization, and Copay related projects as assigned by
management. Follow written and verbal directives from management;
Assists with other related responsibilities as requested.
Expectations: Work on site in Pleasanton, CA, Monday-Friday, full
time dedication required. Fast paced customer service environment,
experience needed. Excellent written and communication skills in
English and Spanish. Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Word
and Excel. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Must pass pre-employment Microsoft Word and Excel test/assessment.
