Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.Documentation: Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between engineering stakeholders and the commerce engineering team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Collaborate with developers, designers, and quality assurance teams to facilitate the successful delivery of software solutions.Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure data integrity within applications. Identify data-driven insights to enhance application functionality and user experience.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements to contribute to the evolution of the application engineering process.Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with business objectives.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in an application engineering or software development environment.
• Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data modeling and database concepts.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
