RESIDENTIAL HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECH Stepping into our clients'
homes, you feel a surge of excitement as you take the lead on
installing cutting-edge air conditioning systems and heat pumps.
With your team members by your side, you delegate tasks with
precision, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship throughout
the process. As you review the job details, you proactively
anticipate potential challenges, adapting swiftly to keep the
project on track. Your professionalism shines through as you engage
with homeowners, clearly explaining the work while being mindful of
their personal space. Finally, you conduct comprehensive system

you've enhanced their comfort and efficiency. REQUIREMENTS 2 years
of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems
Experience leading and working independently on full system
replacements and ductwork Prior experience managing a crew as a
lead installer is a plus Possessing an EPA Certification is a plus
