We'Re seeking an experienced HVAC VRF / VRV Service Technician with 5 years of hands-on experience to diagnose, service, and maintain complex VRF/VRV systems. The ideal candidate is technically strong, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain VRF/VRV systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or similar) Perform system start-ups, commissioning, and advanced troubleshooting Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and control sequences Conduct preventative maintenance and system performance evaluations Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, project managers, and internal teams Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience, with strong VRF/VRV system expertise EPA Universal Certification (required) Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong customer service, communication, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Factory training or manufacturer certifications (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, etc.) Commercial HVAC service experience BAS / controls experience Company Description We are a design/build mechanical contractor specializing in the design and construction of mechanical and plumbing systems for large commercial, high-rise, and multifamily buildings.
