Where You'll Work
Our Union City site is part of our Sweet division and creates chocolates and other confectionery items for Kerry customers!

What You'll Do
You will set the tone and manage the food manufacturing plant, reporting directly into the VP of Operations. We are seeking a leader with a track record of strong leadership, developing high performing teams, engaging with employees, and a leader who is a champion of continuous improvement initiatives.
On a high level, you'll:

• Be the driver for all manufacturing operations including the safety, production efficiencies, quality, customer service, employee development and financial performance of the plant
• Hold the facility accountable by managing and executing plant processes to attain plant production and quality targets and ensuring achievement of all unit Key Performance Indicators
• Deliver continuous improvement processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met and propel the plant and your career forward
• Create and maintain an engaged and team-oriented workforce to meet business demands
  
  What You'll Need
  
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience within food, beverage or pharma industries
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Plant Manager Role
  • Demonstrated success as a change agent & developing/implementing continuous improvement initiatives and accountability programs
