As our Fulfillment Senior Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of purchase order creation, receiving, shipping, and quality assurance of our watch category. You will adhere to company set KPIs around fulfillment, transportation, and quality metrics. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, product, and process. • Hires, develops, trains, and engages a team of hourly and temp employees.
• Trains associates on a variety of fulfillment processes, procedures, and tasks.
• Adhere to daily cross-dock SLAs, service level agreement.
• Be able to run entire warehouse shifts independently with hourly and temp employees.
• Overseas all aspect of inbound and outbound shipments
• Partners with management team to plan staffing in support of sales plans.
• Oversees inventory accuracy of 99%+
• Develops reporting on key performance indicators including cost per unit.
• Work cross functionally with order management, inventory, buying, and customer service teams to drive process improvements.
• Attend weekly management meetings.
• Actively communicate vendor issues and communicate solutions
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Software.
• Help bring on automation to the warehouse.What you'll bring to the role:
  • 5-6+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain
  • Experience in providing support in a retail environment in a warehouse environment.
  • Can lift 50 lbs and have certification to drive a fork lift.
  • Strong communication skills
