The Chief Growth Officer will own three areas of our business: Strategy, Systems, and Staff


We need someone to take ownership of the strategic plan of the business with a human-centered focus. Being entrepreneurial would empower you to bring the vision to fruition, and you'll help disrupt a 127-year-old industry.

To be a winner here, you will ensure the design and implementation of our long-range strategy in order to maintain financial health and create sustainability in a time of growth and scaling.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the vision is executed and realized. That means the ideal candidate will be an experienced strategic planner that can think years ahead. They will have a proven track record when it comes to specifying, strategizing, and defining opportunities.

This leader will guide the organization's business growth strategies. They will work to ensure that these strategies are effective and efficient and that they can be repeated and scaled.


Here you will play a critical role in the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide, cross-team systems and processes to ensure alignment and increased operational efficiency.--

This role demands outstanding business sense, a "lead-by-example" work ethic, and someone who takes pride in excellence by maximizing efficiency and people.--

The best candidate will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to take advantage of significant growth opportunities within our market.--

The Chief Growth Officer will improve efficiency, standardization, quality, and overall operational agility to ensure sustainable growth and stay ahead of the competition.

This role will also be responsible for holding team members accountable for meeting goals and objectives with our Scorecards, KPI and ROCKS.

You'll work closely with the founder, as well as the management team to ensure we're thinking of solutions that benefit those we serve in the most critical areas of their lives.--

90-day Performance Objectives:

--- Understanding our company and objectives, strategy, and unique selling points
--- Understand the relationship between the Visionary and Integrator
--- Begin to contribute to the strategy, understand and further develop our KPIs
--- Help the leadership team free up their time by making sure other staff members are achieving results

180-day Performance Objectives:

--- Executing on KPIs and ROCKS
--- Creating the tactical "how" of the year 1 goal, pivoting when needed
--- Driving the revenue growth to position us for the 1-year goals
--- Identify a way to measure marketing spend effectiveness

--1 Year Performance Objectives:

--- Open an additional new office and turn a profit by driving sales & marketing execution
--- Managing the marketing objectives and strategy that promote the new offices
--- Making sure ROCKS are aligned and achieved

--- Execution - Join Intero Chiropractic's leadership team and influence short and long-term goals and execution in our organization and on projects
--- Change Management - Use your expertise to develop processes, improve efficiencies, and develop people. The right person is driven, collaborative, and has a high sense of urgency to drive improvements and results
--- Leadership - Lead our multi-location organization of 15+ employees; focusing on development, retainment, and accountability.
--- Culture - We know that our employees are the heart of our company. It is our mission to create a culture where our employees love coming to work. This type of atmosphere allows our employees to work as a team, be passionate about helping our patients, and strive to be the best chiropractic clinic in the industry

--- Leadership and change management experience
--- Strategic planning
--- People and process innovation, design, and implementation through scale
--- Technologically savvy
--- Multi-site unit management experience is preferable
--- History of innovation with projects and processes
