Volt is immediately hiring for a Portfolio Management/Program
Manager at Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
As a Portfolio Management/Program Manager, you will:
Capacity/Demand Analysis: Support the team in establishing and
maintaining a process for capacity/demand analysis, including
reviewing current capacity, forecast demand, and making agreements
on capacity reserves.
Site to Site and Insource/Outsource Management: Enable optimization
of internal capacity utilization by managing the transfer of part
manufacturing between sites as well as outsourcing and insourcing
of components as demand fluctuates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Ensure alignment with
strategic goals and objectives set by management.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): Track
progress and identify areas for improvement.
This is a Full-Time opportunity.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Proven experience in program management, preferably in a
manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with
various departments and suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines.
Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification desirable.
Knowledge of NPI processes and production planning.
Familiarity with insource/outsource concepts and supplier
management.
Experience with Oracle ERP and Opcenter MES/APS systems a plus.

Payrate Range in Between - $45 - $50/hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
