Job Description: Jungle Red is looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to work as a full-time receptionist in our six-stylist hair salon. This job requires excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude. Job duties include:

• Answering the phone
• Checking email and returning messages
• Scheduling appointments through STX Salon Software
• Confirming appointments
• Restocking retail area
• Opening and closing out the register
• Attentiveness to clients and stylists
• Light cleaningNOTE: This position will begin as Part-time for training and then become Full-time after.Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented
• Proactive
• Organized
• Excellent Customer Service and Phone Skills
• Customer Service/Receptionist/Service Industry work experience preferred, but not required
