financial environment, this role will collaborate with leaders and
analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client insights
to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation and shape the
narrative for our future.Participates in the identification,
design, development and implementation of assigned projects.
Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature.
Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure
successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages
performance of the project team and evaluates overall team
performance.Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of long-term business strategies to
support growth and revenue
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and assess
internal processes
- Oversee the implementation of strategies and monitor
progress
- Support the preparation of strategic business cases and
presentation materials
- Identify and address weaknesses or opportunities in
strategies
- Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key
external and internal stakeholders, including executives
- Conduct strategic research and analyze new marketsBasic
Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management
activitiesPreferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of branch banking and small business
banking
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- Strong creative, organizational, analytical and problem-solving
skills
- Effective presentation and strong verbal and written
communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of
software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze
dataThis role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means
there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the
flexibility to work outside of the office location for the other
