About the Role
The Manager, eMarketing will lead the merchandising efforts for
paid marketing across our Kitchen and Home brands, focusing on paid
social, paid search, and remarketing campaigns.

- Own merchandising for paid social and display ads.
- Drive development of digital calendar to coordinate paid
digital ads, including vendor-funded campaigns.
- Write clear and effective briefs, outlining strategy and
objectives. Partner with Creative team to ensure paid ads feature
the most compelling and effective content.
- Oversee the stakeholder approval process: manage proofs,
collect and consolidate feedback, resolve conflicts, and
collaborate with the Creative team to ensure feedback is
implemented.
- Work closely with Content team to create engaging CTV, YouTube,
video retargeting, and paid social videos.
- Collaborate weekly with CRM and Analytics teams to analyze
performance, explore new opportunities, and support the testing
roadmap.
- Develop paid search sitelink and promo extension ads, including
seasonal ads.
- Collaborate with CRM and Merchandising teams to develop
vendor-funded ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and display
banners.
- Write promotional copy for display retargeting, sitelink, and
promo extension ads.
- Manage display remarketing and retargeting programs, including
house file banners, native ads, retargeting banners, display video,
social display and rich media ads.
- Build paid social ads in Meta's Creative Hub for Facebook and
Instagram.
- Oversee special projects, such as DOOH, new mover campaigns,
Affirm initiatives, House Beautiful campaigns, and more.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $97,500 -
$115,800. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual
pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related
factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay,
compensation may include a variety of other components like
benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
