The Greater Southern Alameda Area has OBGYN offices in 3 locations: Fremont, San Leandro, and Union City with 60+ OBGYN physicians. We support 2 hospitals located in our Fremont and San Leandro campuses, with 1 Labor and Delivery unit in San Leandro. We are a team that values high quality, evidence-based medicine with a commitment to performance improvement work.We deliver approximately 4000 births a year; led by our Hospitalist group and supported by 20+ midwives. Our hospital has a Level 3 NICU and Neonatologists on staff. Our team of specialists includes: 5 Perinatologists, 1 Urogynecologist, 2 REI/IVF Specialists, 3 MIGS fellowship trained physicians and 3 Complex Family Planning fellowship trained physicians. We serve a diverse patient population that speaks 53 languages and have an established Maternal Child Health Patient Advisory Committee that focuses on health equity.

Full-time annual salary range is $437,000 to $450,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $34,000*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
