Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), accelerated fMRI-guided
TMS (eg. SAINT TMS), and Spravato (esketamine) for
treatment-resistant depression and other diagnosis.In addition to
our clinical care, we are dedicated to advancing neuroscience and
revolutionizing neuromodulation treatment through the Acacia
Research Center (ARC). Our in-house research team analyzes
real-world treatment outcomes data to fully understand the efficacy
of novel treatment approaches including TMS, Spravato (esketamine)
and transcranial focused ultrasound (tFUS). These findings guide
decision-making, enabling continuous improvement of personalized
treatment protocols to provide the best possible care for our
patients.Position Summary:We are seeking a passionate and skilled
full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic clinical team at
Acacia Clinics in Sunnyvale, California. The ideal candidate will
have a strong interest or experience prescribing Spravato
(esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Prior
experience prescribing Spravato and transcranial magnetic
stimulation (TMS) is welcome although not necessary. Candidates
will be taught these skills by our medical staff. We have an
interest in developing an IV Ketamine program in the future so
special consideration may be given to candidates who are
experienced with IV placement and monitoring. This is an exciting

groundbreaking research in a supportive, outpatient setting.Key
Responsibilities:---Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations,
diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's
needs.---Prescribe Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant
depression.---Deliver and oversee advanced neuromodulation
treatments including transcranial magnetic stimulation
(TMS).---Collaborate with Acacia Research Center (ARC) and its
research team to review treatment outcomes data and inform clinical
decisions for continuous improvement of treatment
protocols.---Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of
clinicians to ensure holistic and integrated care.---Stay
up-to-date with the latest research and developments in psychiatry,
neuromodulation, and mental health care.---Educate patients and
their families about treatment options, procedures, and care
plans.---Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in
accordance with clinic policies and regulatory
standards.---Participate in case consultations, clinical meetings,
and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical
protocols.Qualifications:---Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner (PMHNP).---Current PMHNP certification and an active
RN license in good standing. ---License to practice as a PMHNP in
the state of California. ---Experience with TMS and/or esketamine
treatment is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training
will be provided.---Strong interest in neuromodulation,
neuroscience, cutting-edge psychiatric treatments, and innovative
mental health solutions.---Interest in participating in research
initiatives and data-driven treatment optimizations.---Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered
approach.---Ability to work collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary team environment.Compensation:---Annual Salary
Range: $200,000 with performance bonus.---Signing Bonus: Additional
$25,000.---Total Compensation: Up to $225,000 in your first
