Description Hospice RN – 7831 HOSPICE at COLLABRIA CARE Schedule: Per Diem/On Call, Day Shift Job description: The Hospice Registered Nurse provides prescribed nursing care service to Hospice patients and their families in a home setting, Respite Care Facility (RCFE) or a skilled nursing facility setting. Required Qualifications: - Complete necessary education to attain RN Licensure in state of California. - Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License - Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - 1 year professional nursing experience.
