Job Description:
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a
full-time, BC/BE Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to
join our well-established Interventional Spine practice in Fremont,
CA. This position offers a highly supportive clinical environment,
strong internal referrals, and a clear, physician-led path to
shareholder status within one of the most respected multi-specialty
groups in the region. Position Details: Fully established
Interventional Spine practice with extensive internal referral
network State-of-the-art outpatient medical center with
collaborative ancillary support Sutter Health–affiliated ambulatory
surgery center located conveniently on campus Full-time = 35
patient contact hours per week Qualifications: Board-certified or
board-eligible in PM&R Fellowship in Interventional Spine or
