details. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment -
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - Experience in
Home Health preferred Assignment Details - Facility Type: Home
Health - Shift: Days - Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM -
Weekends: One weekend day per month Location Highlights Sunnyvale,
