Job Description:

Centria Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exemplary care and support to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders. As part of our specialized branch focused on autism services, the RBT plays a crucial role in implementing behavior analysis services under the supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position requires a compassionate individual dedicated to improving client's life skills and assisting them in reaching their full potential through personalized therapeutic strategies. Implement behavioral treatment plans prescribed by the Lead BCBA Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavior data, with oversight from supervisors Assist with parent and caregiver training as specified by the behavior plan Maintain confidentiality of all clients as per company and legal guidelines Prepare and organize instructional materials and ensure the therapeutic environment is safe and conducive to learning Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure quality of care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience in managing challenging behaviors Capable of working independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to document sessions accurately Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board CPR and First Aid certification recommended
