Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Profession:
Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in home health License: Valid state license
required Certifications: PTA certification, Basic Life Support
certification Must-Have: - Home health experience - Epic charting
system experience preferred Description: Locals accepted within a
50-mile travel requirement. Candidates should confirm awareness of
the local rate. CA license and certifications must be in hand for
submission. Weekend availability is required. Candidates must have
a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-timers are accepted.
Candidates will be required to float within their scope to meet
facility needs. Candidates should be open to accommodating block
schedules. Background checks will be conducted prior to submission.
Work history verification covering the past 7 years is mandatory
for all candidates. Candidates must provide accurate work history
information going back 7 years. Modules are non-billable and will
vary based on specialty. Time spent on modules exceeding a specific
limit will be billable. Modules will be recorded through
e-learning. Candidate submission must include references obtained
within the last year. Only one holiday will be approved for any
