Pharmacist Location: Greenbrae, CA Agency: Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. Pay: $3,753 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB SPECIFICATIONS: A. EDUCATION Requires level of education necessary for licensure as a pharmacist by the California Board of Pharmacy. Prefer graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Prefer Pharm.D. degree and/or completion of an ASHP accredited residency program or equivalent. B. EXPERIENCE Two years of leadership experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy required. C. PREREQUISITE SKILLS Skills: Scheduling Managing workflow Policy review Willingness to train on IV competencies Knowledge of USP and provide support Detail focused work Running meetings Software: Excel Word Document BD suite: PK, Pyxis, C2 Safe LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION: Licensure as a pharmacist in the State of California required.
