Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support
student needs within a school setting in Los Banos, CA. This role
focuses on providing therapeutic interventions designed to enhance
students' functional skills, supporting their educational progress
and overall development. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
evaluations to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that align
with educational goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other school professionals to ensure coordinated care. Monitor
student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary. Maintain
accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and
state guidelines. Participate in Individualized Education Program
(IEP) meetings to share insights and recommendations. Desired
Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license. Experience
working in a school or pediatric setting preferred. Strong
communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt
interventions to meet varied student needs. Knowledge of state and
federal regulations related to school-based occupational therapy.
