The People Experience Team exists to shape experiences that maximize the potential of our people. HR Connect is one of the four pillars within the People Experience team, focused on empowering employee success through human-assisted support for employee questions, assisting in difficult situations (e.g., employee loss, natural disasters), managing performance concerns, and partnering with centers of excellence (COEs) to improve products, experiences, and launch new programs.Senior HRC Experience Partners are experts in employee support, working closely with complex COEs to innovate and pioneer new programs and processes that enhance employee experiences. They serve as the go-to team for both human-assisted and self-service guidance, elevating team performance through onboarding, training, and leading team initiatives aligned with P&P priorities.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with high-volume COEs and key partners to launch innovative employee experiences across People & Places programs, engaging team managers and senior HRC Specialists for support.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve employee experiences and develop groundbreaking programs, partnering with stakeholders to implement impactful changes.
• Create compelling communications, FAQs, and protocols to support employee engagement.
• Provide exceptional guidance and support to employees and managers, demonstrating expertise beyond standard channel support.
• Serve as a trusted knowledge source and coach, leveraging deep subject matter expertise to boost team performance.
• Mentor and empower HRC Specialists, participating actively in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Design and maintain HR Connect processes for critical situations such as natural disasters or employee loss.
• Build trust and act as a go-to advisor for customers and partners.
• Lead or contribute to impactful team initiatives and projects with clear objectives.
• Participate in complex initiatives and projects related to People & Places, managing ambiguous outcomes.
• Uphold Intuit policies and standards consistently.Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range is:Bay Area California: $122,500 - $165,500Southern California: $107,500 - $145,500This position is eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits, as detailed at . Pay is based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Regular pay equity comparisons are conducted across ethnicity and gender categories.
