Job Title : SharePoint Online (SPO)/ Power Platform Developer
Location : Sacramento, CA
Duration : Contract

Job Description
The Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories. This project will include:
--- Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments,
--- create taxonomy and content types,
--- create retention schedules,
--- create custom forms to add and retrieve/search documents,
--- create workflows to process documents,
--- create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events,
--- create a standard security model.
Upon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, this position may be extended to continue to implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases.
--- SPO setup and configuration as a document repository
--- Customizing SPO forms and workflows
--- Power Platform development experience
--- Creating a document taxonomy
--- Creating retention schedules
--- Creating and using term stores
--- 365 user security
--- Secretary of State trusted system requirements
--- Document Scanning experience is a plus.
