Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical
experience. 10 years of experience in product management working on
AI/ML products. Preferred qualifications: Masters degree in a
technology or business related field. 7 years of experience working
cross-functionally with AI/ML engineering, UX/UI, sales finance,
and other stakeholders. 5 years of experience in software
development or engineering. 5 years of experience in a role
preparing and delivering technical presentations to leadership.
Experience incorporating accessibility into product development
methodologies and knowledge of building accessibility standard

Were responsible for guiding products throughout the execution
cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging,
promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. As part of
Search, you will help users find answers to their questions, also
help users discover new information, stay informed on what matters
to them and expand their knowledge. Discover is a personalized
recommendation feed that provides users with relevant information
based on their interests and our understanding of the world’s

US base salary range for this full-time position is
$227,000-$320,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Lead Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by
collaborating with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during
product design and development to implement the requirements to
turn PRDs into objective key results for multiple teams. Drive
development and secure buy-in for a product outlook that
identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and
direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its
parts. Upgrade our ranking stack to optimize for impressions and
scroll depth (rather than clicks). Focus on key issues that hurt
user trust in Discover feed recommendations, such as improving
freshness and personalization recall. Strengthen ML modeling infra
to enhance relevance and speed.
