A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Senior Calibration Technician /
Metrologist in San Jose, CA 95131. The Senior Calibration Tech /
Metrologist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has

Compensation ??? The pay for this position is $41.67 per hour ???
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of

Senior Calibration Tech / Metrologist Highlights ??? This position
is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based
on attendance, performance, and business needs ??? The required
availability for this position is 7:00 AM ??? 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM
??? 4:30 PM, Monday???Friday ??? 100% onsite Senior Calibration
Tech / Metrologist Responsibilities ??? Independently calibrate and
perform minor repairs on equipment such as balances, pressure
monitors, temperature controllers, centrifuges, incubators, and
more ??? Develop calibration methods and techniques to meet
accuracy and compliance requirements ??? Maintain calibration data
in BMRAM and assist with creating/updating calibration procedures
??? Support internal and external audits, validations, and
equipment-related guidance ??? Serve as local admin for the
Environmental Monitoring System (VAISALA) ??? Assist in reducing
external calibrations by expanding in-house capabilities ??? Follow
all safety, environmental, and regulatory protocols Senior
Calibration Tech / Metrologist Requirements ??? High School Diploma
or GED ??? Minimum 6???10 years of experience as a senior-level
Calibration Technician ??? Certification in Metrology/Calibration
??? Hands-on experience with calibration, metrology principles, and
Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) ??? Knowledge of Blue Mountain
software or similar calibration database ??? Must be organized,
dependable, and able to work independently ??? Proficient in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer skills ??? Attendance
is mandatory for the first 90 days Senior Calibration Tech /
Metrologist Preferred Qualifications ??? Prior experience in a
Metrology Lab ??? Calibration/repair training or certification
courses ??? Familiarity with VAISALA, BMRAM, and equipment
