you will play a key part in assisting seniors in the community with
the different resources that are available and ensuring that our
initiatives run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will
have excellent organizational and communication skills, be
proficient with databases and computer systems, and enjoy working
with diverse groups of people. This position is full time and is
8a-430p Monday- Friday. Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a
passionate and dedicated Non-Profit Information & Assistance
Specialist to join our team in Auburn. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for managing and maintaining our information systems,
ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to
detail, and a deep understanding of database management. The
Information Specialist will also be expected to interact with
various stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and
a professional telephone etiquette. Responsibilities: Implement and
maintain information systems, ensuring data accuracy and
accessibility. Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and manage
calendars for the team. Communicate with incoming community
members, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop and maintain an organized candidate database, ensuring all
information is current and easily accessible. Handle incoming and
outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy, using proper
telephone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to optimize
information management strategies. Assist in the development and
implementation of new information systems when necessary. Ensure
adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role,
preferably within a non-profit organization. Proven experience with
appointment scheduling, telephone etiquette, and candidate database
management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency
in database management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong
attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of data privacy
