Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field
or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in
program management. Experience in both vendor management and risk
management. Experience in both of the following: software test
engineering driving test engineering requirements and integrating
AI/ML technologies to manage improvements across programs.
Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience managing
cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in any one of
the following: test automation, test coverage, or test planning.
Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and other data storage

face daily. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead
complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your
engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal
customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.
This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and
clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally
at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to
executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in
product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical
and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and
scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and
driving the technical directions of your programs. The Google Home
team is looking to add a Technical Program Manager who is a
proficient user of AI technologies and seeks opportunities to use
AI/ML technologies to independently manage improvements across
programs. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between Test
Engineering teams, Engineering, PMs, UX, and Support teams. As a
TPM, you will be providing test program management during analysis,
design, development, implementation, and post-implementation launch
phases. You will lead and drive cross-functional, cross-vertical
test processes to enable standardization, optimization, and
transformation.The Google Home team focuses on hardware, software
and services offerings for the home, ranging from thermostats to
smart displays. The Home team researches, designs, and develops new
technologies and hardware to make users’ homes more helpful. Our

for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

end-to-end test development activities and dependencies across
internal and external teams. Maintain and co-author technical
documentation used for product test plans and test processes.
Automate test status reporting with clear test signals and create
and maintain automated dashboards. Run test programs at scale,
manage multiple complex and ambiguous test programs, and highlight
risks with clear mitigation plans.
