experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join their team. Known
for high-quality litigation, the firm offers a supportive, engaging
environment for attorneys ready to advance their careers. Ideal
Candidate: Minimum 5 years Workers Compensation defense experience
Strong trial background preferred California licensed attorney
Partner-level attorneys managing 70 files encouraged to apply
Experience with Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of
Appeal, or California Supreme Court a plus Key Responsibilities:
Represent and advise clients in Workers Compensation cases Assess
claims and develop effective defense strategies Manage files
efficiently for timely resolutions Defend against fraudulent or
exaggerated claims Review evidence to reduce costs and client
