Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of complex litigation matters from inception through trial or other resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery. Represent clients in court, before administrative agencies, and in arbitrations and mediations. Develop and implement litigation strategies in coordination with senior attorneys and clients. Participate in client meetings and provide regular case updates. Assist in the preparation and presentation of witness examinations, opening and closing arguments. Provide written and oral advocacy on behalf of clients. Engage in business development activities and contribute to the firm's thought leadership efforts. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the California Bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation associate, preferably in a law firm or private practice setting. Experience with complex business litigation is required. Prior judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral advocacy. Familiarity with AmLaw 100 and other legal industry standards and practices. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
