Job Description:

Primo Brands Inc., a leader in the consumer goods sector, is seeking an experienced Sr. Fleet Technician to ensure the optimal performance of our beverage and food delivery fleet. This role is pivotal in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our transportation assets, directly impacting our ability to serve customers effectively and maintain our reputation for quality and innovation. As a Sr. Fleet Technician, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall management of our vehicle fleet, applying your technical expertise to solve complex mechanical issues and improve fleet operations. Perform routine and emergency maintenance on a fleet of food and beverage delivery vehicles, including diagnostics, repairs, and preventive measures. Manage and document maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency. Innovate and implement fleet maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and costs. Lead a team of technicians, providing training and support to ensure high standards of work. Collaborate with logistics and operations departments to optimize fleet performance and availability. Oversee inventory management of parts and supplies, ensuring availability while managing costs. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety policies. Advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and diagnostics tools. Strong leadership and personnel management skills. Experience with fleet management software and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred but not required.
