Where You'll Work:
At our Union City, CA facility we create confections and industrial sweets for Kerry and our retail customers. We work hard, play hard, and give back to the community we work in through our Kerry employee engagement program. We are located in the bay metro area. What You'll Do:
As a 2nd Shift Food Manufacturing Operator you'll see a product's transformation from individual ingredients to finished product. You're the one behind the scenes making it possible for us to ensure top quality of Kerry products. As an entry level role, this is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the food manufacturing industry! If you're active, this is the role for you because you'll use your hustle for lifting and transporting bags of up to 50lbs of dry ingredients and stacking the bags onto pallets. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working with a team, we may be the place for you!
You'll be a key part of a high performing team that keeps production lines running efficiently while working together to ensure we all have a safe workplace. 2nd shift hours are 2:00pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday with some weekends required.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• Do you have experience working alongside a team and operating machines in a manufacturing environment? The safety of our team and products are our top priority, so we prefer some experience.
• Because you'll be part of a team that will count on you, we'd like to see solid work attendance in your current/previous job.
• If you're looking to save money on a gym membership, this is the job for you! This job requires you to lift 40 - 50lbs bags of ingredients consistently throughout your shift.
