Description:
Leads the daily operations of Customer Care Coordinators (CCC) in
the Center. This individual will be responsible for ensuring
positive morals and effective daily operations and service delivery
to Lifeway customers.
Essential Functions:
-- Maintain a high standard for productivity, quality, and customer
service ensuring all service levels are met.
-- Prepares call center performance reports by collecting,
analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
-- Plan and supervise changes and manage the daily operations of
the call center.
-- Communicate job expectations: plan, monitor, appraise, and
review job contributions, plan and review compensation actions and
enforce policies and procedures.
-- Act as the point of escalation for customer issues/complaints,
and devise ways of improving the customer experience.
-- Extra duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility:
-- Supervision of the CCC team.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a call center or contact center
setting.
Experience working in a similar field a plus.
Proficient in technology, software applications, and phone
systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate
with teams across the entire organization
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation
skills, and project management skills.
Physical Requirement and Working Condition:
-- Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be
able to operate computer for most of workday with appropriate rest
periods.
