We are looking for a talented Service and Install Coordinator to
join our team in Union City!
Our Service and Install Coordinators are responsible for supporting
customers and assisting with the management of installation and
service. They are responsible for lead follow up, and scheduling
sales evaluations for specific accessibility products and
solutions. Service and Install Coordinators schedule installations,
and take calls from customers regarding service issues; helping
either with minor troubleshooting, or scheduling the
service/installation. They are responsible for creating and sending
invoices, entering payments, and following up on collections. They
coordinate with state agencies when necessary to request service
authorizations, and create daily delivery packets for
installers.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least three years
experience in telephone and computer-based customer service, and
should be able to juggle phone calls and computer tasks. Strong
verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is
proficiency in word, excel, outlook and powerpoint, and in ERP
software. A successful Service and Install Coordinator must have an
ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations,
possess effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
and excellent organization and communication skills.PI181456256
