Responsibilities

Efficiently and properly execute in-bound internal and external customer calls [customer accounts & salespersons], fulfilling orders, providing pricing information, order delivery information, and any unique scenario defined by the call. Provide special attention to the detail required by some high profile/high volume accounts in the manner and at the level of service those accounts require and expect.

The essential functions of this role include:
