Job Description:
San Francisco, United States - Hybrid/ Remote About the Role As
a ?????? ?GTM Associate , you are a key contributor to our growth
team where you'll primarily focus on organizing and managing events
while also supporting broader marketing efforts such as content
creation and brand development. This is an exciting opportunity for
a highly organized, creative, and detail-driven individual to play
a pivotal role in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. What You'll do
?????? Event Planning and Execution: Organize, promote, and execute
a variety of events, including conferences, webinars, roundtables,
and client community sessions, ensuring seamless delivery and
engagement. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Work closely
with internal teams and external partners to coordinate speaking
engagements and event participation. Data Tracking and Insights:
Monitor event success, analyze performance data, and provide
actionable insights to improve future events. Marketing Asset
Coordination: Manage the creation and upkeep of marketing
materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and are easily
accessible for the team. Website Content Management: Regularly
update and maintain website content, ensuring it's current,
accurate, and engaging for visitors. Email Management: Oversee
marketing email accounts, ensuring prompt and professional
communication at all times. Qualifications: ?????? 2 years of
experience in a fast-paced marketing, strategy, or consulting role,
with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong
organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a
creative approach to problem-solving under pressure. Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional
demeanor in all interactions. Basic understanding of design
principles and brand consistency, along with proficiency in data
analysis using tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with
event planning, content creation, and marketing automation tools
(HubSpot, Apollo), as well as CRM systems (Salesforce) and design
