Job Description:

SigmaTron International Inc. is an Electronics Contract Manufacturing is looking for a Test Technician having following experience:

1. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Test and troubleshoot the PCBA
- Provide assistance to operators
- Set up test equipment for Functional and In-Circuit Test
- Set up, Test and Debug PCBA at Flying Probe (Takaya Equipment)
- Work with Test Engineer and Test and production Supervisors
- Able to read schematic diagram and test documentation
- Perform ICT and Functional Test Fixtures maintenance
- Repaired and made cables if needed to support the test Fixtures
- Monitor the bone piles

2.Requirements:

Education:

A.S degree in Electronic Technician or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in working electronic field

Specific Skills:

Understand basic application software such as Lab view, Teststand and other applications
Work with operating systems: MS DOS, Windows 95/98, NT, 2000, XP, and Unix

HP3070 In Circuit Test and Flying Probe Test (Takaya) & Knowledgeable of Debugging the FP programs

Other Skills:

Knowledge of ISO Standards
ECO implementation and effective dates

Other Training:

Traveler Flow (Production, RMA, and NPI)
ESD awareness and PCBA handling
