Tik Tok . Job Description The R&D Data and AI Convergence
organization aims to revolutionize AbbVie's R&D pipeline by
leveraging data and AI to expedite the development of new and
improved medicines for patients. This role will focus on supporting
initiatives that drive impact leveraging AbbVies R&D framework,
emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and leadership in
program management. The Associate Director will collaborate with
scientists, clinicians, study teams, data scientists, and AI
specialists to lead projects involving AI solutions to ensure
impactful contributions to AbbVies pipeline. Responsibilities:
Drive strategy and execution of AI and non-AI solutions to help
support the pipeline. The role involves providing program
management leadership across multiple projects aligned with
strategic objectives. Projects range from patient focused
initiatives such as the AbbVie Research Collaborative to AI
solutions Develop integrated project plans, resource projections,
risk plans, and effectiveness metrics for each initiative. Support
resource allocation, budget management, and project deliverables to
achieve desired outcomes Support functional teams in implementing
change management processes as an output of the respective
initiatives Stay informed about emerging AI methodologies to
support strategic decision making. Report to a director level and
manage matrix teams. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree with 10 years of experience required, preferably in science
or data-related fields; a Master's degree with 8 years of
experience in quantitative science is preferred. 8 years of
experience in clinical development, data analytics, and AI
applications. Strong understanding of the drug development process
and the use of data for decision-making. Experience leading or
participating in AI projects within clinical or biomedical domains
a plus Experience supporting project management within complex
multidisciplinary teams Strong interpersonal and good communication
skills for effective cross functional collaboration Excellent
understanding of the changing pharmaceutical, regulatory, and
technology environment. Additional Information Applicable only to
