Integration Instructor to join our team. This role is integral to

satisfaction through comprehensive community integration programs.
Position Overview As a Community Integration Instructor, you will
play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with
disabilities by providing instruction and support in areas that
foster independence and community engagement. Your work will
directly contribute to our clients' ability to access and
participate in civic, recreational, volunteer, and employment
opportunities. Key Responsibilities Client Support: Teach and guide
clients in understanding and utilizing community resources. Focus
on person-centered instruction, safety awareness, and travel
training tailored to individual abilities. Engagement: Ensure
active participation of clients in various activities, fostering
both individual and small group learning experiences.
Administrative Tasks: Monitor client progress through detailed case
notes, complete Special Incident Reports as needed, and manage all
required paperwork efficiently. What We Require Experience: Minimum
of two years working with adults with disabilities, preferably in
community settings. Communication Skills: Proficiency in American
Sign Language, Spanish, or Cantonese is preferred to cater to
diverse client needs. Professional Skills: Excellent time
management, patience, attention to detail, and report writing
skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is
required. Certifications: Candidates must pass a Fingerprint
background check, obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days
of employment, and provide a clean DMV printout and proof of auto
