critical role in supporting the Welding Manager in overseeing the
day-to-day operations of both the Weld and Deburr departments.

resolving production challenges, and ensuring jobs are completed
accurately and efficiently. This role requires a proactive,
hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing

to keep operations moving forward without compromising quality or
deadlines. This position involves regular interaction with our ERP
system (JobBOSS) and Quality Database (Unipoint) to monitor job

seamlessly through the weld and grind stages. Collaboration with
other departments—including Engineering, Quality, and Planning—is
key to overcoming obstacles and maintaining operational momentum.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10 years of hands-on
experience with MIG and TIG welding in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings;
experienced in using inspection tools and interpreting quality
specifications. Strong familiarity with ERP systems (preferably
JobBOSS) and general computer literacy. Knowledge of welding safety
protocols and industry best practices. Proven leadership
experience, including supervision or team management roles.
